The school is governed by the Central Board of School Education policy.  LAHDC, Kargil is responsible for implementation of education policy of school through, Zonal Educational Officer, Sankoo.

The fee structure and payment to teaching saff is governed by rules and decision of the Management Committee which is based on the time to time directions issued by Corps Sadbhavna Cell, Leh.
